POST /v1/reviews
Google Reviews API
Fetch Google reviews for any business by place ID or CID: rating, date, text, reviewer and the owner's reply. Sort by newest to monitor new reviews, and page through the first 100 with next_page_token.
Overview
What the Google Reviews API does
The Google Reviews API returns public reviews for one place. Identify the place with place_id, cid or fid (all three come back from the Maps and Places APIs), choose a sort order, and page with page_token (the next_page_token from the previous response).
Pricing follows the data: 1 credit per 10 reviews. Ask for up to 50 per call with num; a 50-review page is 5 credits.
What you get
-
reviews[]array - rating, date, iso_date, snippet (review text), likes, user {name, thumbnail, reviews}, response {snippet, date}.
-
next_page_tokenstring - Pass back as page_token to get the next page.
-
requestobject - Echo of the normalized request (endpoint, engine, q, country, language, page…), handy for logging.
-
metaobject - request_id, credits_used, cached, engine, latency_ms, resolved_urls and parse_quality. parse_quality=empty means the call was not billed.
